Dunkin'

I got a coffee today and I was drinking it and there was a sugar packet in it. This very unsanitary especially during this time with COVID19. I unhappy and will be very nervous to come here again. This is the first time I have come here where they made my order right. They also never make orders right. I do not recommend coming here due to the lack of sanitary and the lack of them not getting orders correct.

Usually they do alright, but today I would say the service was apathetic at best. We asked for the receipt, and watched as it was crumpled up and thrown away in front of us. Our frosted donuts came sans sprinkles, stacked on top of each other in such a way that made the top donut sticky all over, and the bottom donut frostless. The wake-up wrap was crunchy, indicating advanced staleness. The frozen chocolate came with napkins stuck to it to hide the chocolate syrup and whipped cream that coated the outside. My girlfriend put it best when she said "that was so bad it makes me want to go to McDonald's."

10/08/2020, the power was out in Monson and I wanted my morning coffee. I drove by this Dunkin's and noticed no line. After I drank most of my coffee I found out why they had no line. The cup had a couple tablespoonfuls of grounds at the bottom. Yech! How do you stay in business when your main product is well, less than satisfactory? 2018 - They have pretty much eliminated any sandwich that doesn't have 'eggs' in it. Couldn't help but notice on several visits a lack of gloves on the employees. Ordered a box of Joe and they didn't give any creamers. If I have to check my order they should charge less. I'd give them a second chance except it took around fifteen minutes to go through the line. This was with only two people in front of me.
