If you are in a hurry, avoid using the drive thru. Painfully slow. Other than that the food was exactly what you would expect from Swiss Chalet.

The place, although welcoming, looks a bit tired. It could use a freshen up, bright walls and accessories. Otherwise no issues.

Excellent service and great staff. Last time, noticed a lot of people had their fall jacket on while having supper. I asked to have the room temperature adjusted. And they couldn't.

The highlight of our visit to Swiss chalet, Bayer's Lake was Donna, our server. The food was excellent, as always, but Donna made the dining experience extra special. She was attentive, intuitively thoughtful, efficient, had a good sense of humor and, in general, an excellent ambassador for your restaurant.
I left my purse behind upon finishing our meal and Donna rushed out to the parking lot to flag us down and deliver my purse. There should be more Donnas in the world.

We arrived close to closing. But. The staff stepped up and definitely delivered. They were happy to serve us, was very attentive and didn't once mention it was closing time. Our hats off to the staff and our server that was preparing for this trip out west. Thank you very much

Visited for a meal on a weekend. Food had right quantity and service was timely. Atmosphere was great for having conversations (not too loud or quiet). Would go back for another visit.
