This was the worst experience I’ve ever had there was two cars the in drive through and it took them 26 mins just to get my order the man wouldn’t even open the window to take my money he just ignored it. The night manager was no help and proceeded to tell Me my frustration was not warranted because they were taking orders there was no sorry even said

First off I was waiting in line for about ten minutes just to get handed cold food. I come back in for a refund and the lady in drive thru tells me to wait for the lady in the back to do a refund. I overhear her in the back saying she wasn’t the one who made my food but I clearly seen her making my food, then lies about not doing it. I wasn’t rude I just simply asked for a refund and got nothing but attitude and disrespect back. Poor customer service no apology whatsoever. Don’t come to this place unless you want to potentially get food poisoning.
