Bojangles in Greeneville expects and provides top quality food and service. They have a hand drawn sign behind the desk that reads "our staff are the best" and it shows in their culture. Staff seem to feel appreciated and happy to serve. The food is always piping hot straight from the oven and all spaces are kept neat and clean.

I ate a biscuit with sausage. I ended with diarrhea.

So disappointed today went through the drive thru. This is what I received chicken strips about the size of the honey packet packet and one looks like it was bitten off of already. I have praised bojangles but anymore I question my praise. After today it may be a long time if ever before I even bother to go back.

This episode of Dr Phil is terrible and deeply upsetting. Just awful. And the poor chickens. How they must suffer. Still, is the best fried chicken in town. Also, the staff is courteous and conscientious and often give you a soft drink for the iced tea price. I like it when people are good at their jobs so I'm not even being that silly in this review.
The American public elected Donald Trump to be President. There's no hope and no humor left. Why not have some fried misery from a friendly staff, ya know?

Bojangles is my favorite for breakfast but like all other fast food places, they are very short staffed. This visit was the worst meal I have ever had to pay for there. I won't be going back to this location anytime soon.

If I could give minus 10 stars I would. 1st time to ever go to Bojangles. One of the worst experiences I've ever had and I was not even able to get food!!

First time going and enjoyed it. We ordered the tenders combo & wing combo with biscuits, coleslaw and dirty rice. Customer service was great and very friendly. Definitely will come back!
