What was ordered versus what was delivered. I was excited for the chipotle lime chicken nachos, until they were delivered. I received a handful of chips, a few flavorless chicken crumbles with old tomatoes and that was it. Not only was it more than the listed price of 11.99 but it was entirely underwhelming and disappointing. What is this Applebees?

I enjoy Applebee's. It's all about the staff. How much they care. Damien was great server. Was very prompt. Got everything right. The kitchen must've been in a groove bc the food came out on time and tasting as expected. Overall this was a great experience.

Slow service with few fresh food options. Menu quality has gone quite downhill. Like many restaurants, they're struggling with being understaffed. Our server Hannah was the one bright spot of the experience

Always a good "go to" when you're not sure where you want to go. Portions are perfect and if you need more of something, just act. Wait staff is always available and easy to get their attention. Never had a bad meal at Applebee's Grill & bar. Check out is easy, pay at the table. Always adding something new. You'll be satisfied here and we'll keep coming back.

An empty parking lot and unmotivated staff. We did not have a great start, starting with the hostess. Our server was to busy to take drink orders. We almost walked out when another staff member noticed and saved the sale. Overall disappointment with quality of food and level of service. After all that happened the manager was aware of everything and did nothing. I can not recommend.

Went here with a friend for dinner. The new mountain dew flavor is really good and the quesadilla burger was a unique suprise.

Went for their Veteran's Day menu last month, but they were at capacity and we couldn't wait more than an hour. Applebee's gave me a coupon to come back the next week so they could honor the Veteran's deal. Called to reserve a table, but due to Covid it was first come, first serve. Got a table after about a 12 min wait. Great service! Got the $5 margarita special with a Christmas theme. Queso was great, the chips were freshly fried, but a little chewy. Fiance and I both got steaks, mine came out on a sizzle plate. Everything, but the chips, were great!
