Applebee's Grill + Bar

Gross! Gross! Gross! Our family drove extra long to go to the Applebee’s in Grapevine excited about seeing the city. However, we all knew within 1 minute that it was a dirty place. As you walk to the front doors, you can viably see used cups on the bench and a glass bottle in the landscape. We opens the dirty windows and immediately saw food and trash on the floors. 2 employees walked over it. At this point I didn’t trust the people to cook my food correctly but my elderly mother had to use the bathroom. No one was around to help her find it so after 3 min of waiting to see a person- she found it. She said it was filthy and “we are not eating here!” So sad. We would have spent a lot of money too.

RIDICULOUSLY UNDERSTAFFED AND THEY DONT WANT YOU THERE. !!!READ ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS BEFORE YOU THINK OF COMING HERE!!! Saturday night, 11pm (open till 2am), there are ONLY 4 TABLES seated on the ENTIRE dining side,......(more empty tables in an area not shown in pictures because I did not photograph the patrons of the 4 tables). Hostess (and manager confirmed): "minimum AT LEAST 30 minute wait" unless I wanted to go eat my food at the crowded bar "because we only have 1 server for the dining side". Side note, I was not bringing my whole family. It was just me, 1 single person, wanting to eat my food on 1 of the 15-25+(?) empty tables. I would give ZERO STARS if I could since I could not even make it to a table to have ANY positive experience.

Beware of the fact that they are extremely short staffed so you may end up waiting a while. However, I gave it 5 stars because the service our server (ikenna is printed on receipt) was amazing. He handled 7+ tables like a pro and service did not suffer for us. Food was great and cook was out delivering food as well to help out.

This is the worst Applebee's I've ever ate at! First off, we pulled into the curbside 5 mins after our food was supposed to be ready. We called, then waited 20 mins b4 finally going inside to get our order..when we got the food, the sandwich was a gooey mess because the sauce leaked out of the container and was inedible...then we tried the worst baby back ribs I think that were ever made on the planet. They tasted like fish almost and I could not even get my hungry puppy to eat them even though that's her favorite treat. She loves ribs but wanted nothing to do with these "ribs"...all in all a very deplorable meal was at least refunded after repeated trips back in the restaurant..on a lighter note, the blonde brownie was pretty good tho..guess u can't mess that up thank God!

Want to give no stars. Went on 4/3/2022 for my wedding anniversary. Only 2 waiters onstaff, waited forever for food, Food was not good. Steak not cooked right macaroni cold.. asked for macaroni without bacon,, instead of telling me they can't do it she just brought it to me with bacon in it.. Waitress was rude to my wife. Mash potatoes were cold and grainy. It literally ruined my anniversary and our love mood. I will never eat at any Applebee's again. I used to love them. What happened.
