Bojangles

This was my first time ordering the Roasted Chicken salad it came with bacon this was an unexpected bonus! The salad was good it was served with two packets of Marzetti ranch dressing. My daughter got the kids 6 piece chicken nuggets meal which comes with fries (crinkle or curly) and your choice of shamrock milk (chocolate or white), or honest kids apple juice. The chicken is real and it was not dry. The chicken nuggets are like 3 times the size of chic-fil-a. They also run coupons every month which can get you great food for less money!

This was the third trip in a row with issues in a week, and is worth mentioning several things. For starters, while I understand shortages are impacting things in the world, you are ALWAYS out of something. One visit you literally had NO roast beef. Other's you've been out of all major sauces, and others shakes/drinks/desserts. It's crazy. I don't understand that, and management should pay closer attention to incoming inventory if you're running out this often. Moreover, you are the opposite of fast food. That's not a compliment. You're the slowest restaurant on Main St., and with just two cars in front of me, you managed to take 30min. I could have gone to Wendy's, Bojangles, Popeye's, or even Subway for quicker food, and probably have all of the ingredients needed for a complete meal each of the last three visits. Lastly, I'm not sure I'll be back after this. Employees (speaking on the males, specifically...) make me never want to touch the food again. While waiting for 15 minutes at the window alone, I managed to see two employees very unprofessionally dressed, with their pants literally down around their knees, and one even felt the urge to scratch his backside. He proceeded to touch the drive thru window, and many other surfaces during this 15min period I could see, and did not wash his hands once. If you don't hold your employees to high standards, neither will your customers, and your business will suffer, if it's around much longer after that. Thanks for a very...interesting...and not enjoyable experience tonight.

My family visited this restaurant twice in 2 weeks. The first visit we were informed at the drive thru they had NO ROAST BEEF. How is that possible??? Then we tried again a week later and they did have roast beef but NO CURLY FRIES or ARBY SAUCE. How does this happen?? Then instead of the half pound sandwich combos we ordered we recieved junior sandwiches. So disappointed, sad we have to say goodbye to Arby's, we will not be returning to this location.
