Went to a fantastic Portuguese wine event. 6 wines with accompanying food pairings. Food and wine were delicious. Lovely, knowledgeable staff and visiting wine expert. Very accommodating for me and my partner (one coeliac and one veggie)

We popped in to buy some cheeses and chutneys. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly in helping us choose what we wanted and giving us tasters of cheeses we weren't sure about. A very nice atmosphere.

Whether I’m looking to cry into my wine, try to remember what my plans were (with a goldfish memory) or enjoying a glass or two with my wife, this is the best place in Newcastle for wine!
All of the staff are friendly and know more about wine and cheese than I do about anything! An absolute favourite for us to introduce our family and friend to, there are few better places to enjoy wine this side of Italy.
