Mike & Ronda's The Place

My husband and I chose this location for the Veterans Day special. The service was welcoming, the food was delicious and the prices were more than fair. My husband ordered the smoked brisket on an open faced biscuit with poached eggs covered in a jalapeño gravy. DELICIOUS! I ordered the two eggs breakfast with the best Rye toast ever. We will be back. Thank you, The Place, for honoring his service!

The service here was excellent, and the food was exactly the breakfast diner food we came for. Not too expensive, about what you'd expect to pay, good diner layout, and fast caring customer service. (Melissa was fantastic) pancakes were fluffy, steak was thick and cooked to perfection, and the coffee was plentiful, and satisfying. Would highly recommend, and this place is on out monthly rotation from now on! Also, we had the worst seat in the house, but don't let that fool you, it was cozy, and fit the two of us and out bounty if food just right, and not once did we feel cramped. 😉

We had a great breakfast at The Place today. We arrived around 0830am on a Saturday morning, and it was busy but we were still seated immediately. Our server, Tara, was great! She was friendly, very efficient, and checked in with us regularly. The food was really good; my daughter got the French toast and I chose the Eggs Benedict. She devoured hers, and mine was great! The eggs were perfectly poached, the hollandaise was delicious, and the diced potatoes were crispy and flavorful. Coffee was topped up regularly, and my cranberry mimosa was definitely more champagne than cranberry juice, no complaints there! Overall, a very great experience. We've been there before, and had similar experiences, but I felt compelled to share it this time around. If you want a delicious hearty breakfast in a rustic, log cabin themed restaurant with a great bar menu, this is "the place" for you. Pun intended.

I'm visiting family here, & thought this would be a good place to take my mom. They're only open for breakfast & lunch, but you can get breakfast anytime. My mom loved it! The food was good, as well as the service. And I really loved how it was decorated. She already plans on going back with friends.

We went in with a party of fourteen. Once we were seated, our server was awesome and efficient. He got all the drink orders and after delivering them he began to get food orders. The food came out and it was hot and delicious. The kitchen did a fantastic job as well. We were all impressed by the quality of the food and service. I will be back.

I have been coming to the Place for years now. Even when they had there smaller location. Majority of time I leave happy and my belly full. The food taste great and the portions are big. The restaurant is always neat and clean. I also love that they serve burgers and sandwiches in the early morning too.
