IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A VENUE FOR A PARTY read this review first...
My band (the Jiggers Ceilidh Band) played a ceilidh in here for a 21st birthday party on Friday night. The staff were really helpful and even helped us carry our gear up the stairs to the old church hall room. It's obviously a venue that is being renovated just now, but this place still has a lot of character and is just the right kind of a place for a ceilidh. They have a bar upstairs for private events, and the place can look quite full with 40-50 people, but could take even more than that. We had a great, informal classic Scottish ceilidh, and this is the ideal space for that kind of thing. Recommended.

This is a great place to people watch but the wheat 🍻 is more expensive than a mortgage. I'd advise just the 🍷, still pricy, but a nice environment nonetheless.
