The lovely Sunday night crew is my favourite. As today I came in this morning and got a belt and it was made wrong. I asked the morning staff to remake it and they gave me attitude. I came in later this evening when there was a new crew and they were sweetest and remade it for free. They had a lovely conversation with me and made my day much better.

Drive thru Ice coffee - 75% full, zero ice. Went back inside - was told they can’t do anything once I’ve left the drive thru.

Would give it 0 stars if i could, but Google makes you give at least 1 star. Went to grab a quick bite to eat at 9:15pm and was told there was zero food available. Only thing they could serve was a coffee. What's the point in being open then?

Always friendly staff, just use the drive through normally.
Why do people order more than a simple meal in a drive through! They hold up everyone, they should go inside for that!

If I could put zero stars i would have.
We were missing a hash brown(Literally 30 cents) and they refused to give it to us and expected us to pay for it. We ordered it , it should have come with our purchase and yet they said “you need to pay for it” . I was like really? And a Manager/ supervisor piped up and got aggressive and argumentative. Laughable. Quality ppl you hired for leadership roles. Poor girl serving the window will likely suffer from instances like this.
Luckily we just rolled our eyes and drove off.

Always mess up the order the drive thru is super slow. Its run by kids how make whatever they feel like making at that moment. I wouldnt recommend this place if it was the only Tim hortons within a 3 hr drive. This place is garbage. Like i said order is always always wrong.

I go here every morning at 540 and order my DD and blueberry muffin. They’ve yet to mess up an order and are always in a good posative mood. Shouts out to the crew! You get me going every morning.
