Taco Libre

We find ourselves coming back to Taco Libre pretty frequently. The tacos are great, the prices very reasonable, and the service good. Plus, unlike the other food trucks in the food court, they keep consistent hours - your odds of them being open when you want a taco are good. I've tried all their tacos and they're all good, but my favorite is pastor, followed closely by barbacoa. They have 3 sauces which are all quite different. There's a dark green tomatillo based salsa which is tasty but fairly mild. There's a lighter green creamy salsa which is quite hot, and a brick red New Mexico-ish salsa which is about in the middle heat wise. The red is my personal favorite but I like them all. You should give these guys a try!
