Baskin-robbins

I went to the Baskin Robbins at 6060 W Ridge Rd, Gary, IN 46408. I ordered a 3 scoop Sunday it wasn't until I got home and realized that my scoops were half scoops they weren't full scoops I paid over $7 almost $8 for a Sunday that didn't even fit the size of the cup. I also order a bottle of water because they told me that they did not have any more ice for a cup of ice water and I did not even get my bottle of water. It was such a disappointing experience.

No manners whatsoever 🤷‍♀️ 2 different Dunkin Donuts today that’s why I’m giving it a 1 star. Coffee was wrong at both places. How can ppl work with the public and not say “Hi” “Thank you” or even repeat the order back to you! Maybe I’ll have better luck another day. So disappointed. If it weren’t for the coffee I would not be back. Period.

My ice cream, Nutty Coconut had chunks of ice in it. The Mint Chocolate Chip was more like an Oreo ice cream with very little mint flavor. Also got a quart of Jamocha Almond Fudge. The quality and taste/texture of all the ice cream was more like ice milk. Very watery even though it was frozen. Asked to add a scoop in a cup once we got to the window and the clerk said 'I can't take orders at the window '.???????? What happened to the quality at Baskin Robbins. No receipt given. I visited on 8/1/20 at approx. 7:35 PM. Not coming back, very disappointed.

I usually go through this drive-thru, but I can tell you I always get very good customer service and they are very efficient. They know their frequent customers and continuously make my day with whatever I order when I stop by. FYI, the night manager definately knows how to do his job and trains others to succeed as well.
