Daylight Donuts

I preordered a dozen donuts the morning of 4/22 for pick up at 9:30am on 4/23. The gentleman working that morning called to clarify my order about 40min prior to pickup. Upon my arrival, at 9:30 am, my order was still not ready. When he tried to give me the box, many of the donuts I ordered were still missing. I asked specifically about the strawberry glazed I had ordered. He lied to me and told me he had not had those for hours when I just witnessed the customer he helped before me take the last of the strawberry glazed. When I mentioned that, he made an excuse and said that’s why he had tried to call and clarify my order and he was the only one working that morning. At this point I was so frustrated, I just took what was in the box. If you preorder, do not expect to get the donuts you have paid for!

These donuts are great. I love the fast in and out and the variety of donuts they have here. I would make sure to get there early if you want to get any with the sweet “white fluff” filling they have. Usually run out fast. I’d also recommend getting their seasonal peppermint donut while they have it.

Donuts, Cookies, & Ice Cream 🙌 First, i ordered my daughters birthday donuts from here February 2021 mid pandemic, and they were outstanding! There were custom letter donuts (happy birthday) with a variety of icing, also a dozen mixed donuts, 4 dozen donut holes, and they threw in some cookies too! Ordered online weeks in advance (almost forgot i did) they called me 2 days before my scheduled pickup date to confirm and the donuts were warm and gooey when i arrived. Paid around $50 i think for all that when i would have paid that just for a good cake and a card at the grocery store. Second, who doesn't love Sylas and Maddie's?! Third, the staff is always quick, friendly, and helpful. Great addition to the community here.
