Came here to use a coupon for the free whataburger. These guys are great. There was no hassle at all. The cashier Odin was very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this location. Everything was very clean. The food came out quickly and was fresh. The manager walked by and made sure I had been taken care of.

Currently working here. Here’s a few pieces of info before you write/leave a review or judge things too harshly:
1. If you’re waiting a long time, it’s due to large orders/crowds and/or us being short staffed. (For further info, we sometimes only have 3-5 people working sometimes, especially at night since most employees clock out around 9-10PM, so if it’s VERY slow, that’s why.)
2. Come on a Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday/Thursday if you want a short wait, most of these days the lines are fairly short.
3. Fridays and Saturdays are the busiest so be prepared to wait.
4. All the staff are doing their very best. Please try to be kind and patient with us as we are trying to serve y’all and there’s a lot of behind the scenes action that customers do not see or know about.
5. Please do not get angry when we are out of stuff. It is not our fault. We get sent shipments of items and when we run, we run out. Nothing we can do until we get more.
6. The slowest time on any day is usually right after lunchtime from 2-4PM, we’re always dead at that time so come then for very short waits and quick service.
UPDATE: I see tons of reviews about employees “standing around.” The explanation is quite simple, we’re waiting for the food to cook so we can hand it out! If you need help, feel free to ask us!

The worst Whataburger I've ever been. We ordered at the drive thru. The line was very long and we waited long time. Big disappointment when we received the food. The fries were not even room temperature, they were literally cold. The toast was cold as well. All the food is not even warm 😒 the only thing tastes okay was the soda and that's it. I will never be back to this location again...

Whataburger is quite good. I had the patty melt meal and the patty melt itself deserves five stars. The reason for the four stars is that the fries just don't cut it. They are like an in n out fry clone. The drink cups are massive which made me extremely happy.

Definitely the worst Whataburger out there, inexperienced kids who don’t gaf about customer service or quality. Hand you back old food you just asked to be made fresh.No sense of urgency by anyone. If you don’t like the job YOU applied for leave! It’s much busier Whataburger location that still give great customer service stop giving excuses!

Whataburger is pretty much the same consistency every time I go to each location. I'm glad they are the same. I know what to expect.
During their peak times, they have a person outside taking orders. Does it make the line go faster? I don't think it helps. Maybe it does help?
Either way, I know what to expect when eating here.

The people in the drive thru did not have it together this morning, they gave me TWO raw breakfasts on a bun and one even had hair on it, im literally praying I don’t get salmonella.
