I was charged $1,000 for what I didn't use & it was hard for to talk to live person , I need the PG&E workers to come out to check it y it's too expensive that I didn't really use gas like that , but no help , any suggestions ?

Open at 7:30 Monday through Friday not a bad place to deliver for the first time after you inner you'll figure out where to go you're on your own until you get on the property people will be happy to assist you where to find the receiving area make sure you have your appointment time prepared you will be asked

Always a ridiculous amount of waiting time to pay your bill. Meter always runs out of time for parking and someone always looking for change for the meter. Located at one of Fresnos most modern and architecturally interestingly designed buildings. Nice lobby to wait in and always cool in Fresno scorching heat. The chairs are very uncomfortable though. Security always available.

I called to pay my bill and they put me on hold. I waited 10 minutes and no one ever picked up my call.

Pg&e have been off since 7:30pm. It's 3am and still no power. IT'S RIDICULOUS!!
