My first time here. There’s a good size parking lot so parking is easy to get. I had the soup which was flavorful. The drink I got was $8.50 and was not worth it. The green jelly you can tell was from 2 days ago because they were falling apart and clonked together. The logan fruit was brown and taste nasty from being old and not fresh out of the cane. Service sucks, we had to ask for water refills, missing drinks and food. Their known for their pho but I wouldn’t go back because of the poor service and food quality.

Pho#1: great broth and the right type of noodles just not a lot of meat but really good price

First time we went there, it was quiet, AC, clean steak meat with hardly any fat, broth was delicious, great customer service, fast service, and the prices is worth it. We went expecting to be the same price for a large bowl to be the same as others with mediocre food but it was cheaper and much better tastings. Great place for Pho.

I've been coming to Pho 99 since the early 90s as a child, my dad would bring us here. It had been years since I dined here, but it tastes like home to me. Delicious, warm, comforting and kind employees.

I go here at least once a week and it's a really great place and they very friendly. Huge portions as well. Their house special is my favorite and I recommend it to everyone.

Good clean food. Steak was really tasty, clean and well made. The broth was delicious. The tables were cleaned, bathrooms were clean. The prices are CHEAP!! You get a very nice size portion of food. I was surprised I finished the XL bowl. Waitress was really nice, and patient. Best of all it's a family owned buisness. You can tell they definitely care about the quality. My Girlfriend and I were the only ones eating there today, so it's a shame. If you want Pho please try this place. You will love it.
