I got the cutest custom request mouse-themed banana cake from here. Responsiveness and communication were great. The banana cake has white frosting on the outside with layers of moist, fluffy banana cake and cream cheese icing on the inside. It tastes like a better version of banana bread. Mice are made out of fondant. This cake was for my cat's birthday and he loved it too. The cake box is big and tall so make sure you have ample space in your fridge if you need to keep it cold.

Needed a cake for a birthday that was gluten-free. In surfing the site, I saw a menu selection that showed gluten-free and vegan. This meant that the cake was able to be enjoyed by those in the family that have those dietary needs. To not need a separate dessert, and the make all feel included was awesome. Now on to that cake itself. So wow! There was a good balance between the sweet of the strawberries and the creamy richness of the frosting. The cake was airy and had the hint of chocolate. Put it all together and it's like a little slice of heaven. I am excited for future cakes even if my waist line is not, because we now have a new bakery for all our family events.

Not sure if they're still in business but here's what my experience was yesterday: I called them last week to order an eggless cake for my mom's birthday. The phone always goes to voicemail. So, I left one. The following day (should've been a red flag for me already), I receive a call from a very tired sounding voice who took my order, along with the message to be written on the cake. I told the person to please get the cake ready by 3pm on the birthday, to which I was told that is fine. Now, on the birthday, I started calling them to see if the cake was ready. As always, no one picked the call. I called numerous times and left voicemails but to no avail. Realizing the shop closes at 4pm, I left my work meeting in between at rushed to the shop. I reached there by 4:02pm and the shop was closed. It is the next day today and I still haven't heard anything from them. I am appalled by the unprofessionalism of this business. Even if they were going out of business, at least, they should have the courtesy to let the customer know and not try to ruin someone's birthday 🤷‍♂️ Luckily, I was able to find Cakes n Bakes nearby who promptly got an already prepared lovely eggless mango cake ready for me with the requested message within 3 mins. Anyways, I'll be sure to stay away from this business while also making sure I spread the word about their exceptional customer service 😁

I love Amia bakery. The designers are so good, they can make any design exact identical to what you are looking for. They are very professional, they reached out to me for every single detail from dietary constraints, to design beautification. My wife just loved the cake and it made our celebration very special. Great place to get a vegan cake but they got the order wrong we want no cream filling but we found out its was fill with a lot cream its was most a cream cake pay $48 for it this was very bad experience For birthday cake never come back. People if you got a oven try learn how to made a vegan cake or get a vegan bread and cover up with with vegan cream. I really don't recommend this place.
