Dunkin'

Their grills are always down whenever I come. I don't drink much coffee, so if I go here it's usually for the grilled cheese sandwiches or other food that needs to be heated on the grill. It's disappointing when the grills are off hours before closing or they are out of certain foods. Overall this is not my favorite location. The service and food is much better in Monroe!

Service has declined greatly. Annoyance and rudeness from staff. Very long wait times, and staff operating at very slow, and unmotivated speeds. Waited 20 minutes inside. Inquired about how much longer, one of the employees looked over at a melting and watered down drink and responded "oh is this yours?" Did not offer to remake. 20 minutes in the drive thru for 3 cars ahead of me. And another recent 15 minute inside wait for one ice coffee. Also witnessed an employee put on gloves to take trash out, and then operate the toaster oven and even make a drink with the same gloved hands. Very disappointing lately. Would not even bother if higher grounds was still open.
