I walk into the Freeport Subway and I see a stainless steel plate covering the meat area that was not there last time I was there now this is a waste of freaking money and you were supposed to see how they make it now you cannot see it with that stainless plate there Subway's motto are used to be watches make your sandwich now you can't do that get rid of the stainless plate

They are making the bread thinner and as small as possible. They are putting less meat on the subs as well. But the service at this location is always friendly, very helpful and just generally nice people. This location litteraly make sandwiches good enough visually for advertising purposes. The store is always clean and neat as well.

I’ve gone to this location a couple times but September 22, 2023 1:30pm. The crew that was working at that time. Amazing. I NEVER put reviews out, NEVER. But they deserved a good one.

They seem to have a good crew working there now. All the products were filled up, clean area, and nicely organized. I had a couple ahead of me who weren't quite sure what they wanted and the employees were very patient and attentive to them..... Which is great since no one has patients anymore. Very pleased. I go there weekly.

Ordered from door dash..
2 sandwich only came with meat,olives, lettuce..my sandwich was a cold cut combo and only had bologna.spokecwith the store and was told the ccc only came with bologna..clerk said he will call manager and get us a refund and you could hear an employee in the back "it was hand delivered to them" and kept mumbling
