Apparently the owner of this establishment has no concept of what it means to manage people. If you want to micro-manage your employees, at least do so while present. You should not micro manage employees by watching store security videos. Show up to work and actually provide guidance to develop the team you desire. If you have provide no written policies and are not there to tell your employees what you expect of them, you really have no right to complain if they do something that you feel violates some "imagined policy". They are not mind readers, damn. I could not imagine having to suffer being employed at a place with an owner who is not present, provides no direction and then fires you at the first "offense". I imagine this store has a high turnover rate, which speaks more to the lack of direction by alleged "management" then it does about the quality of the employees. If you are looking for employment, bypass this 7-11 and find one with management that actually knows what it means to develop employees.

I ordered mozzarella sticks and chicken tenders yesterday and they were terrible. they were cold in the middle and burning hot on the outside, they were out of marinara sauce and they also served me old freezer burnt chicken tenders I couldn’t even barely bite into them they were disgusting and made me sick.

This is the worst place ever I see because of the store lady owner she has very bad attitude with customers and she is very Rudy and she treat the people very bad even employee she don’t deserve to be carry this place 7 eleven company need to be fire her as soon as possible I hate her place and I don’t want to go there anymore
