I have never had a slower drive thru experience as I did here. Placed order at 7:45. Paid for my order at 8:04. 8:18 I started filling out the satisfaction survey WHILE STILL WAITING AT THE WINDOW FOR MY FOOD. 8:20, finally received my food. Employees played on their phones and really didn't seem to care. I love Taco Bell, but never stopping here again.

It's been far too long since I have been to this place. Many years ago I worked here with a great store manager named Robin Severe and a really great crew member named Gerber!!!!!!! The food was was hot fresh the last time I was there. It's been since 2013. I miss the area I might have to come back to Frederick,MD to visit soon.

Terrible service. Waited over 30 minutes for a moderate order. Tacos were barely filled. This wouldn't have bothered me if staff were apologetic, or even looked like they were hurrying. But they were standing around, waiting for things, no hustle. No apologies. They were prioritizing drive thru, even though there were many people waiting inside, who had been there longer. Absolutely absurd.

We usually get Taco from here but last time the person who took my order messed it up. I'm a vegan i specifically told that everything is going to be vegan and beef should be replaced with beans. I came home and i took a bite and realized i was served meat. It was an awful feeling. I called the store, manger answered, i told him about the issue and he didn't even apologize for the mistake. I will never come to this Taco Bell. NEVER ever make a mistake to serve vegan with meat.

Friendly staff, weirdly high quality for tbell (and I say that with affection but we all know what we're signing up for) - everything was hot in a believable way rather than a heat lamp way, and we got those cinnamon balls that I thought were supposed to taste like dry little rocks based on past experiences but now I know the truth. Gonna fave this location on maps for future trips.

Worst experience last week. Was in the drive through for one hour with only about 5 cars and may be about 3 or 4 customers walked in. Finally when I got to the window and asked what's happening, she told they are short of cooks and its taking longer. Why weren't we told that its going to be long wait, her response was, I didn't take your order, its not my responsibility. So irresponsible and careless, after all the wait, they gave me a completely wrong order. Never going to this place again.

Love their breakfast burritos. Some of the best values in fast food morning dining. And they are always hot!

Normally stop here all the time cause i work close but never again! This is the second time I've came here in the morning 10-15 mins after opening and can't get in the doors cause they are locked still! Drive through is not an option cause I'm in a big truck.
