Stopped by this location on a whim while traveling, and was very pleased with my decision. I placed my order online and it was very easy and quick. It said 7 minutes for pickup and I arrived after about 12 minutes and had to wait 10 minutes or so for my food despite there being no one (literally NO ONE) else in the restaurant. That was my only complaint. I ordered a little hamburger and little Cajun fries. The burger was cooked perfectly - it was the best burger I've had at a fast food restaurant. The fries were good also, but a little too spicy. Employees were friendly and the restaurant was super clean. Convenient location right off of I70.

Customer service was fantastic. I got a little hamburger all the way, and had some of my dining companions' fries. They're generous with the toppings, especially pickles, which is awesome, but I thought the burger was mediocre. The fries were good. The peanuts are fun, but I don't get it. I probably won't go back here.

I understand that I shouldn't have very high expectations from a pickup order at a chain fast food place, yet it's a real bummer when you add ketchup to your sandwich in your online order, but there is none in it. There were two hotdogs in my order, none of them had any ketchup in. Missing toppings has happened a lot for me at five guys (not just this specific store). It would be great if they could double check the toppings before handing it out to the customer.

This location has gotten progressively worse. Tonight I had a patty that couldn’t have been more then two ounces. There was an inch of space from the edge of the patty to the edge of the bun all the way around the burger. Last third of the burger had no meat. Five guys extra helping of fries is also nonexistent at this location. I got the regular order and it was less than I used to get with the little order. All this and a drink for $17. I could have bought a steak for that money. Disappointed is an understatement.

Burgers and fries are great. They have left the grilled onions off of my sandwich two orders in a row. I think that they are getting skimpy on fries.

Place was disgusting! The floors and tables are disgusting covered with food and debri. When I walk in the guy behind the counter yells at me to wear a mask or I can't enter. Which I will no longer support this food chain. It's my choice to wear a mask or not freedom. America....... You just lost a customer and btw look around people not wearing masks at tables in a closed small building. All breathing the same air..... it's okay to be at a table unmasked but, not walking around makes sence???

I thought $17.00 was a bit much for a small burger, small fries and small drink. But the food was good and hot and the people there were friendly.
