Dunkin'

A rude individual working there made me wait extremely an extremely long time for a simple order. I waited 10 minutes for munchkins and a dragon fruit drink. When I would ask how long the order was going to take he simply told me "it'll be ready when it's ready mang". Then as I drove away with my order he proceeded to yell out the window "Make sure you don't go the wrong way mang". Believe me when I say, I will never be back at this location...

The two guys that work here are hard working kids! They were so attentive and polite that I wish I lived in the area to come to this location more often. They were so busy but still kept their demeanor and apologized for the wait. Great customer service. Thank you guys for being so nice to my puppy as well! You guys deserve a raise!

Very clean...truth to the matter is the workers who are working in the D.D. ON Rte 9.....are giving wrong orders to customers and I was one of the people that had gotten a wrong order. Can't speak English so It's really hard to explain to the person who is Givin orders out...and Taking the orders all so......very Bad I was late for my Appointment and then I had to make a call to explain the situation...... not good Needs help with food services in the area of Framingham and Natick mass. Will not do well in that area FOOD SERVICES ARE VERY IMPORTANT TO 85% PERCENT OF PEOPLE WHO RIDE IN TO WORK.... SORRY FOR THE BAD NEWS 👎

If you’re in a rush he’ll make sure you’re taken care of as soon as possible, leaving you satisfied and happy. He definitely made my day and multiple others!
