Dunkin'

Decided to go in and order rather than use the drive thru. Walked in and ordered right away, no issues. While waiting we looked around… that’s where things begin to turn our stomachs. The filth in the seating area was disgusting. From the windows to the walls (lol) the tables, seats, counters, condiment area and floors… yuck! Smears, bits of food and crumbs everywhere. Figured our food would be bagged and we take it and eat at home. At first we didn’t get our whole order they had bagged things separately, no big deal. The employee grabbed the bags and dumped one bag into the other. I don’t think 6 hash browns are a full order. To the managers, you need to get this placed CLEANED!!!

Absolutely very disappointed. I love DD coffee and mostly take coffee at DD at Coldwater, Today I came to Illinois rd DD to get coffee, the girl gave me coffee at the drive true window . The coffee lid was not well closed so that the hot coffee was pouring on my hand. I approached the girl and tell her that coffee pour and to take it to replace it. She said she couldn't take her coffee back because of Covid. I asked her how I took coffee from you, you don't have gloves, you gave me coffee with your bare hands, and you won't take coffee back from me. You're kidding me. I threw away my coffee and parked the car and went inside. My hand was red from the burn, I looked for the manager and told her the problem. the manager told me they have to follow the rules. If you work according to follow the rules why don't you wear gloves and masks, If you are afraid of the Corona. They gave me another coffee and I angrily left the DD. I will never come to this location again. Horrible

The last several times my husband and I have gone, it's been drive through only. Today it's door dash or mobile orders only. I'm pregnant and all I wanted was a donut on my way home from my doctor's appointment but I'll have to drive twenty minutes out of my way to go somewhere else. What's the point of being "open" if you aren't open to customers?

Absolutely horrible. I ordered 4 frosted donuts and and iced coffee with LIGHT cream. They put all the donuts in a bag with frosted side down. Are you kidding me. The coffee looked like tan milk there was do much cream in it. Not mention the language the manage was using towards the employees, I thought I was at a truck stop.

I just waiting 20 minutes in the drive thru line. Watched a girl look out the back door. When I got to the speaker and asked for 2 sausage egg and cheese wraps. They said are to short staffed to make food items. I would expect they would block what they cant make off the menu instead of making people wait for something that isnt there. Or that girl who was looking ouy the back door might tell people they aremt serving food items
