Brenda, Sam, and Shelby made me feel like I was part of the team! Very clean establishment, everything was stocked and presentable! I worked at Starbucks so I know how hard it can be to make things look perfect. They made look easy!!! Not only that but like I was part of their family as well! The service here is a fine example of excellence in an industry where it isn't expected. Sam guided me through the process of how they make their lattes and was very knowledgeable of the menu offerings! Great guy. Give him a raise!

My fav location. These days i visit frequently, grab a frenchvanilla and do my works for about 1, 1 n haf hours. Staff is very helpful and friendly.

Had a call in of 2 boxes of coffee set in advance my brother even came in the morning of to remind them I got there the store manager was sitting in the lobby with 2 other people just yacking away. Had to wait to be greeted by the cashier and was told that they weren't ready yet I'm a pretty patient guy. So I waited and ordered a frozen lemonade she told him not to charge me for it instead he gave a discount on the lemonade. It took then over 20 minutes to make the boxes they offered to have one of them free I told her it was prepaid and she the store manager just said oh you're right and just kept talking.

Two breakfast sandwiches ... waiting over twenty minutes so far ... but the coffee is really good. By the way, we are the only customers in the shop. Did you lose our order???

Good but they have really trouble getting the order right. For example, today ordered two farmers wraps and the total didn't seem right so I asked "are you sure those are the farmers wraps" and she said yes. When I got them ho.e they were not the farmers wraps they were just regular. This is typical of this place. Good food but double check your order or prepare to be disappointed.

I have tried to be very patient with this location. I have had extremely poor service, I have dealt with them not allowing me to buy a dozen donuts out of the drive-thru one time, I still came back. Now their coffee is extremely water down in the mornings. this morning I ordered a dozen donuts, a blueberry bagel with cream cheese and a coffee. The coffee was watered down,the donuts are fine but the bagel had a damn hair in it. I was mad the first couple times now it's just par for the course. I'm done with Tim Horton's. Hello dunkin donuts!

I've never felt the need to login to my Google account and write a review until now. This Tim Hortons is close to my house and every time I come they never have the donuts you ask for, by 9am. And if you get a donut with any sort of filling, prepare to have a dime-size amount of filling. I've never seen a donut shop so stingy with their filling. It's honesty really good but they never have what you want and don't put anything in the donuts.

Staff seemed friendly. Their ads don’t correspond with what they actually sell. I heard on the radio that a drink was .99 but when I went to go buy it I was charged 2.37. Also the speaker box in the drive thru needs attention you can barely hear the person talking. Other than that my experience was good.
