Kind of expensive for the sandwiches and food items. I went inside due to the very long line of cars in the drive thru.
Great coffee drinks & coffee beans by the pound.
Out of a lot of donuts when I visited, but you can tell that the racks were full earlier.
All the workers were very busy and getting orders out quite fast, but still very friendly and helpful.

Awful customer service. I typically do not leave negative reviews as I myself work in foodservice and understand being short staffed. However, every time I go to give this location another chance, they prove how poor their customer service is. The gal working the drive thru handed me my beverage and bag of food in the same hand and said, “I don’t know the total it’s like $6 something BUT HERE YOU GO” and rudely handed me my items. I was confused but gave her my card. Drove off and noticed on my receipt she overcharged me twice. Total almost $10. If I didn’t have such negative experiences every time I would’ve let it go. This time deserves a comment. Plus hashbrowns we’re burnt. I’ll stick to local shops.

Service is slow. Workers are lazy. It was only 11am and the inside was filthy. I watched one worker dump sprinkles from an empty tray all over the floor and just leave them. One worker handed a box of doughnuts to a customer with chocolate icing all over the bottom of the box and when asked if she could clean it off it was obvious she thought that was request was ridiculous. Our drinks had to be remade because they were so horrible. No one smiled or said thank you. That Dunkin is not a happy place.

Bre is an amazing worker who went above and beyond for my kid and i when we came in. Id return just because of her customer service alone.

Terrible service always the frozen machine doesn’t work when the female’s are working. When the male is working he’s very nice and the machine works when he’s there and the manager but afternoon it’s doesn’t work. So supposedly the machine is shut down a hr before the store close and I called at 5:30pm and it’s already down. According to the female who was working today. Which she was the last one who said it’s shutdown 30mins before closing sounds BS to me. Then when I asked what time they closed she said 7 pm well that’s way before closing! Starbucks it is from now on sorry Dunkin tried to support your business but your worker’s are horrible!!!! From a faithful customer

Waited way to long for just a coffee. Only one girl was really doing anything. They need a new crew for sure. Its great if you wanna wait forever

Dunkin is a hit or miss. They never repeat your order. They don't listen to u half the time. There coffee can be either super strong and bitter or really sweet. I have had some good experiences. My favorite location in fort wayne would have to be the one on Jefferson.
