First time here at this restaurant and I was pleasantly surprised. I absolutely loved the natural wood tables. The bases looked like they were made from either roots of trees or from branches. What a unique look that fit in beautifully with the region. I also loved the lighted tree in the center of the room.
I ordered a sauteed chicken sandwich that was out of this world. I believe it was called The Dozer. I gotta tell you, it was absolutely delicious. The service was great and the food served piping hot. I will definitely be back next month when I'm in the area.

A really cute place nicely decorated withe tree stumps for seats at the bar, hunting lodge type look inside . The food quite good some of the best poppers (with cream cheese) I have had in awhile. The stromboli i had had a crust that was pretzel-like very cool. Try it.

The Mooseshack II was wonderful. They have the best Pizza in Northern Maine. They serving staff were very kind and helpful. If you are looking for a great home cooked meal in Fort Kent, Maine then the Mooseshack II is the place to go. 5 Stars. By Gregg L. Friedman MD

This is a quaint little place right in the heart of Fort Kent. We ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was absolutely delicious. Not too doughy, great flavors, & perfect slices. The staff are really nice and the food is not expensive. I look forward to frequenting this eatery more often.

The very best Buffalo calzone I have ever had! Very clean, great service, cool decor. Everyone was extremely happy with their meals.

Very friendly staff. I had a basic pepperoni pizza and poutine. The pizza was good, but the crust was bland. The poutines were crispy and well smothered in gravy. The place has a very homey feeling with it’s moose oriented decoration. Would come again.

The food is good. Everything is made fresh so it's not the best for a "quick" bite. The Steak and cheese pizza is awesome. The atmosphere is laid back and the decor is unique and rustic. The tables are made of old slabs of trees which are gorgeous. The staff is friendly and accommodating.

We went late for supper on a Sunday night and we were so pleasantly surprised it was open! We ordered different things off the menu, and it all delicious. Moose chips (homemade fries) as an entrée was awesome. My wife had the chicken quesadillas with onion rings, awesome. My daughter had a small pepperoni pizza, awesome. I had the steak and cheese sub, awesome! And finally my sister in law had the wings and fries, awesome again! Truly enjoyed it and would highly recommend to anybody to try it out!!!
