Everyone is nice. My husband and I don’t mind waiting for our donuts and drinks. Nothing wrong with waiting for good donuts with coffee ☺️

Read so many bad reviews I got curious and gave it a shot. Bakery, coffee and sandwiches were pretty good actually. But yes, the atmosphere of this place is pretty bizarre. I heard obnoxious workers talking loudly and gossiping about the most random stuff. If you know Spanish, you might get uncomfortable because you will understand the stuff they are saying. Anyways, just get your food and get out. Food good. Atmosphere bizarre.

I love my dunkin donut Latina employees at this location. They are so welcoming (great music inside), very professional with great customer services, and never messed up any of my orders (I go every morning before work).

Drive thru menu needs to be repaired. Some of the panels are missing therefore I relied on the cashier to read their menu options through the intercom.
The service was really fast and the cashier was really sweet! My food was perfectly cooked and our iced coffees were pretty darn tasty.

They were really friendly and were more than happy to accommodate a large group! Especially when we were all pretty indecisive on what we wanted to order. They handled it all with a smile and speed! I love their donuts! They are delicious! I will 100% be back to Dunkin Donuts either at this location or another!

I see the staff is working hard and I’m only seeing three people in there. It’s busy inside and in the drive thru and I have waited, but I have worked fast food before and understand these things happened. I want to say that these girls were still smiling and kind and I appreciate that good attitude! Leslie waited on me and she was all smiles!! I am very happy with my service and order.

Eat in or go to the Drive-thru the staff is always great and fast. They make everything to order except for the donuts so be patient. The the picture of the drink I shot was free from using their app. Been here maybe 25 times. Always great!

Order from mobile app and went in to pick up. They had tons of orders and ran out of donuts I wanted but they rectified the situation because the manager on duty 12/20/18 around 8 am sent someone to get donuts from there satellite location. They went through each box to get exactly what I wanted! I appreciate all the extra efforts and not being rushed! Another thing to add on is everyone was clean, groomed and their uniforms were neat. Thats a huge plus when your going to consume food not made at home.
