Dunkin'

Today I ordered the 2 bacon and cheese roll up and a pecan latte, hot. I also ordered 10 count munchkins for my lil munchkin 😀 I normally love the pecan latte. It was my first time ordering the roll up. I was pretty disappointed with it all today. I'll let the pictures do the talking. Have a good day♡

Being from NE, I grew up at DD. In Georgia, DD is hit or miss. There are a few shops in Atlanta that do a few menu items (not all) or service very well, but usually not both. Imagine my surprise when pulling off the freeway to stop at this shop attached to an Ace Hardware. The two ladies running the early morning worked together like a team and the drinks and food were perfect. This is my new DD stop to and from the city. Great job!

That girl in the back making the food gave me cold snacking bacon. Asked for fresh , she made it but add something very hot to my food burning my mouth . I called the franchise and they did nothing . Never had a problem at this location before that. Would give no stars of it was an option they never called me back in response to my complaint, guess I will have to call the better business bureau to have this issue resolved.

This is the WORST Dunkin. Today was yet another bad experience. I ordered a large caramel macchiato and the only part of it large was the cup they gave it to me in. The cup was only half full. I also ordered three donuts - double chocolate, vanilla frosted with sprinkles, and a sour cream - the vanilla frosted was missing sprinkles and my sour cream was very obviously leftover from the day before. It was so dry that it crumbled apart on the first bite. I get that it’s hard to find help, but if you can even provide decent service then close the store. I’m finally quitting this Dunkin and just paying more at the Starbucks down the street.
