Needs a good refurb as looking very tired.
Bloke on till didn't bother to ask me to scan my loyalty app on my phone, and then appologised by giving me a stamped loyalty card instead, second consecutive time this guy has done this and both times too busy chatting with his colleagues.

Good drinks, friendly and helpful staff
Nice staff, always really fast in the morning even during rush. Significantly faster than Costa so I've started visiting nero more. It is also dog friendly
