Tim Hortons

Every time we ordered coffee and steep tea from this store and most of the time it was not satisfactory and today we are really disappointed because there was no sugar and it wasn’t fresh at all .we thought of posting review many times but this time it was ridiculous .I post the picture of coffe and tea and I think they very well easily see the difference

If I could leave no stars I would worst customer service ever. Lady doesn't speak or understand English. Went through drive thru loaded an offer and she scanned gave her the money it should have been and she just kept telling me the full price. I said I had a coupon she said the full price you order this it's this price. I said I used a coupon. She didn't even look at her screen and said loudly it's this price. I said holy com down I'm getting the money she just kept screaming it's this price because I'm pretty sure she couldn't say anything else because she couldn't answer my question and just kept repeating price. What you did is wrong learn English and I will not be returning to this Tim Hortons didn't need to be screamed at I even looked at my app said coupon used but got charged Full price.
