I ordered online for the first time today. Nothing too fancy...a turkey sandwich with cheese,
mayo, spinach, red onion, peperoncini, olives. What I got was turkey, no cheese, some kind of
weird sauce, no cucumber, no red
onion, no spinach, tomato (I'm
allergic), and lettuce. Could they not read my order? Never again.

Prices have gone up 50%! You must fight for every condiment. Even when asking for a few more olives - you get TWO small pieces. Might be new owners. Never again - will try Folsom next time.

Very disoriented night crew and when I asked for a meal I was charged for him the sandwich the bag of chips and the drinks separately. After addressing it, the girl behind the counter kind of just walked away instead of fixing the problem.

Was given a dirty look when I asked to use the restroom. I don't mind buying something, but save the dirty looks for yourself when you get home and look in the mirror. Nobody wants to see that ugly mug.

I appreciate chain restaurants for their dependability and consistency. So when this Subway's hours begin at 7:30 on a Thursday, I should be able to walk in at 7:40. And definitely not tug on a locked door to have the employee inside motion for ten more minutes. Good thing about chains is there is another one right down the street I can go to on on my lunch break later.

Always clean with nice employees.

Very stingy on veggies at this location. Have to ask for extra, extra to get regular amounts of veggies. Friendly staff though. Always clean
