Was on my way home after work 70 hours this week
Thought of McDonald's near me. Today they had to ask me twice for my order. Then had me wait for the order. Then brought it out and it didn't have fries in there for a combo. Asked the tall red hair guy why it doesn't have Fries? He thought I was lying. Asked for my receipt. I showed him and then asked for a refund. He had an attitude about it. Then came back like my $9 didn't mean anything to your business. Well, my future business may not hurt you financially, but this negative review will. I'd rather drive somewhere else and spend triple Then ever come here again.

If I go here one more time and deal with rude drive thru employees I will find somewhere else to eat. I frequent here and I’m starting to think you have to pay extra to get manners in the drive thru. Never any you’re welcomes or have a nice day. You’d think for getting paid as much as they are they would be happy. 0/10 subpar food and service.

I think there is only one nice woman that works here. They messed up my order and I had to pay for their mistake. Not to mention that I gave them a $3 tip. Completely rude to me.

Gave us the wrong food. We didn't receive two burgers that ordered. Didn't realize it till we got home. Not the first time. Big Mac might as well be called a lettuce sandwich. Where's the BEEF!!!!!

Ordered my daughter a chicken nugget happy meal. She opens it and the chicken nugget container is just filled with a sauce! Of course this is discovered once we are home. And conveniently no one picks up the phone.
