Absolutely the WORST service ever!!! I have been here for 42 minutes and still have not been able to give my order.... Moved to another stall. Waited 20 minutes still no response... Horrible... Will avoid at all cost in future. SUCKED!!!!!!!!!!

Tonight, 1/5/21, 5 stars! Onion rings, 5.0; freshly cooked, not over/under cooked, perfectly crispy! Chicken Slang was 3.75 Stars. Medium buttery bun, two pickles with 1 TEASPOON (not kidding) of mayo, chicken cooked appropriately. Not a lot of hoopla just a good sandwich. And my small cherry limeade was mixed to perfection!

I don’t normally review but man I have a lot of anger about my experience tonight. I just wanted to buy something to eat. I pressed the red button at stall 7 . 10 minutes later I pressed the button again. Then another 14 minutes, no response and the light turned off on its on. I was pretty upset but I decided to try another stall. When I went to another empty stall, that red light was still on from the previous person. You stole 25 minutes of my time and i walked away with nothing.

Sit down at home ready to eat my Cookie Dough Sonic Blast only to see Oreo's with a golf ball lump of Cookie Dough sitting on the top.
Rather than take the time to make a new blast they just dump a lump of dough on top thinking I might not notice... Seriously?

Worst restaurants ever in my life I have to wait for like 40 min keep pressing the red. Bottom and told me to wait then after that told me the manger said not to take any order because it’s al ready 10:30 pm

I am currently waiting to place my order. The red button was activated 23 minutes ago and I am one of 2 cars here. Every time I come to the Grants Ferry location it is like this. Not coming back!!
Update: the red button notification suddenly went away as if it had been canceled. I waited a beat and repressed it. It was immediately answered. I wasn’t offered the first apology or slightest explanation for the wait.
I repeat, NOT COMING BACK!!!

Perusal this local is trash to be honest. Only 4 customers on sight, yet we had to wait 15 mins just to NOT even place an order.

Very nice, food was good and I was shocked that the car hop person was surprised that I tipped him. He did such an amazing job, getting my order to me, I had a huge order and he repeated everything to me before handing me any bags. He even asked if I needed anything else. Keep up the job young man.
