This is a great Panera :-) they have very friendly staff who are always more than happy to accommodate anything a customer wants. I had a great ice caramel latte, unfortunately my chip bag was open so my delicious crispy chips were very stale which is uncommon but I do love the caprese sandwich! It's totally the bomb I just don't understand why they don't cut it in half? Otherwise great place!

Panera is a weekly must go. Usually go to the West Orange but decided to go to the Florham Park location where new employee Marlo was training. He was amazing and friendly and very helpful. Saw him help an elderly gentleman needed help. Only suggestion was that the cashier pay more attention since I needed to repeat my order twice and it was still wrong.

Quick kiosk orders, ordering from an actual person is a hit or miss with the customer service. The paper straws are annoying and prefer the plastic ones or at least sell reusable straws so it'll be convenient for others.

Good service. Not busy. Coffee was ok. Pumpkin muffin was delicious. Cold out so i loved the fireplace. Nice touch. Very clean.

Great manager. My order the day before was incorrect. The manager cheerfully gave me the correct order at no charge on the following day. Excellent service. Thank you. Plan on returning!!!!!!

I've been to this Penera Bread several times. The two senior citizen employees at the register are great. Nancy is one of the employees and they appear to love their job and are always friendly and helpful. The manager and assistant manager were also friendly and appreciative of the complements to their employees.
The chicken sandwich is addictive by the way 😋

When I went to Panera Bread, the service was terrible and the back of the shop ended up flooding so my order became delayed by 30 minutes and my soup ended up cold. Because of the incompetent employees, especially the teenage worker Segal, my meal was so awful. He is such a rude and inept worker that his hair ended up in my food. The stale sandwhiches and cold soup made me cry. I confronted him and he remarked using vulgar language. I will come back every day. Give this kid a raise. Thank you and have a great day.
