I've always liked Hardees and hopefully the problem is just this store. I ordered 2 Big Chicken sandwiches and this is what I got. Burnt chicken with no lettuce or tomato ???

Glad I got something. My burger had onions and pickles which was not supposed to be. My large unsweetened is sweet. I told them 3 times. They had me pull up and wait and still got it all wrong.

The employees were very busy and short tempered snappy attitude .food was fresh &hot very good.

The food and service = 5 star as usual. The restrooms? Nasty with the smell of old urine and not cleaned. Please you ask to follow Covid19 guidelines but you disregarded that one very important area.

Love their sweet tea and decided to try their new Western Bacon Cheeseburger...it was good...just wish they put Mayonnaise on it too.
