If i could give this place 0 stars i would!. Went through drive through this morning and they messed up my order. Ordered an everything bagel toasted with cream cheese and asked for cream cheese on side. The screen said butter so i mentioned at the window i wanted cream cheese not butter. When i got to window the bagel still had butter and when i said i needed my cream cheese on side they said they would have to charge me for it. I open my bagel and they have TWO bottoms of a bagel, its burnt AND i was charged for an everything bagel, when they didnt even give me a normal top to a bagel. Super disappointed, wont be going here anymore.

Love it !! My wife has an addiction to their "Icecapps" 😉 They have Soy and Almond Milk as an alternative to dairy. (My wife has an allergy to lactose).
Staff is friendly and efficient. Great choice for Coffees , donuts , pastries , sandwiches etc.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! Absolute worse Tim Hortons. They messed up my whole order. My eggs had mold, the bagels were not toasted, my hash brown tasted like it had been sitting out for days. Everything was a disappointment.

I just wanted to share that BOTH the woman who took my order in the drive thru and the young woman who gave me my coffee and bagel this morning were SO SO SO sweet. Nowadays it’s very often that you go through a drive-through, especially on a snowy morning like today where - let’s be honest - NO ONE WANTS TO WORK (including myself lol) - and get a individual who’s cranky or rude to you. As sad as that is it’s so true. Whenever I go through a drive-through I always kind of expect to have a cranky employee, especially in a day when it’s so snowy and awful outside. However these women NEED a raise because they were so sweet and so kind and I just hope that they have a great day and that this message gets to them and that they keep up their amazing work and amazing customer service.

This is THE best Tim Horton’s store I have ever been to. The Horton’s team is very friendly, professional and helpful. I have visited many Tim Horton places around MI and this one is has 5 star service!

This is my favorite location! The ladies in there are professional and kind. Good people for real. Quick too, they can be friendly yet keep the line moving. It's a great place to start my morning with a smile and coffee!

I asked the staff nicely to make my sandwiches over because it wasn’t how I wanted it and that did it with no problem!! That always gave me a free box of doughnuts!! The staff was polite and I appreciate their service.

I ordered the chicken panni. It was ok but I think the chicken was made from processed tofu, it was white and flat with a funny texture, there was one bite that had something in it that must have been there to represent some sort of chicken cartilage. I like Tim Hortons but I think the area that it was in kind of hurts the brand. There was nothing remarkable about the visit nor anything that was truly horrible. Again there was some confusing conversation with.the order taker behind the microphone.
