Walked in as employee finished ringing up two other customers, walked up to the line and stood waiting while she chatted with them. Once she finished with them, walked into the back room and did not ever return. Waited anywhere from 5-10 minutes, ringing the service bell multiple times before leaving. A literal lack of customer service.

My grandson ordered 2 chicken terrayi,sandwiches and he loves them
He got a 16 inches sandwich.

It was about an hour and a half before closing. I finished grocery shopping and got in line with my toddler. There were several customers being waited on ahead of me and a couple behind me. After standing there for a few minutes, an employee told me they wouldn't serve me because they were closing soon.
When I questioned that - because I've had a job before - I was told that they were "pre closing." I said that isn't a thing, come on. Then they told me several times "well we don't serve white bread here. We don't serve white bread." People of color continued to receive service. To be clear, I did not ask any questions pertaining to bread varieties. They were referring to me and my son being white.

How is it that you're asking me about places that I was in 1-4 years ago??? Not to mention that you could at least put the address of whatever location it is, especially when there's more than one. Rashad was an amazing person he was kind a polite and patient while i took care of my son he was an amazing young man !
