Starbucks is a hit or miss of a company. Sometimes their coffee is good sometimes it's not. What I can say is this specific Starbucks was great! Great staff, clean building and the very merry Christmas wrap was good.

Fast way to get a coffee on the morning commute. Staff are friendly and efficient. Food is good but expensive (Like all coffee shops) Starbucks coffee is just not as good as Costa in my opinion that's why I only give a four star.

Great to have a drive through Starbucks - and this place has a loo too, so you don’t have to bother with going into the big service station, way more convenient and much quicker. We used the drive through and it was very efficient and no problems with the order. Would go again to save the hassle of having to visit the service station!

Very busy in the rush hours as it is on one of the main routes out of London. Staff are average with service efficiency and the wait for the drinks can be long. Only one toilet, which is not enough for such location. Having said that the coffee is good!
