My wife and I go to this subway every Sunday and normally have good service and good sandwiches but today the service was terrible and the sandwiches where messy - Sandwich makers were rude and made us the wrong sandwich’s maybe because the music was so loud they couldn’t here us?? Plus they over charged us - we went to other subway across town and had the same experience and was very unhappy about the service - not sure what’s happening to subway here in flagstaff but now we are debating if we will return to subway or start going to jimmy johns instead

This Subway has great customer service. I've gotten a free drink if I had to wait a couple minutes for my mobile order in the past and today I went in and had to wait about 5 minutes and was offered 2 free cookies for my wait. The Subway on Butler has horrible customer service compared to this location, so I highly recommend this location. The store is always clean and in order and the employees are always very friendly.

Cash register scams...clerks ring up sandwich as something else and changed it back taking difference.
For instance...daily 6 inch is ham.
Add extra trky ..should be 5$.
They ring it in has a trky 6 inch add ham and charged me 9.50$!!

I made an order for pick up and the entire order was wrong. The ordering system is very clear as to what goes on each sandwich because you can only do 1 at a time. All 4 sandwiches were wrong with toppings switched between them. It isn't exactly cheap to eat at subway this was such a waste 😑

Hello! I was just in here with my partner at 9:40 AM and Andy (the nice lady who made the sandwiches and checked us out) was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! The food was GREAT and I scarfed every little bit of the Sub and Cookies that we got. Andy herself is very lovely and nice, her service is fast and neat so no sloppy sandwiches, AND EVERYTHING IS FRESH!!!! I can't wait to come back again, and when I do, I hope Andy's there, because I know I can count on her 100% and then some!!!
