Subway

I celebrated my PhD earlier this evening in this great place. I am glad to say that we enjoyed a incredible evening and the place was definitely one of the reasons for the strong evening. The waiters helped in a very nice style, the cooking was tasty and my friends were so delighted. We shall surely return for more celebrations. thanks very much.

I ordered my meal through the subway app @ 8:45pm. The app has the closing time at 10pm. They actually close at 9pm. My order said it will be done at 9:05pm. The decided to not inform me or call the number attached to the order to let me know they can't fill the order but will still charge me for the food. If I made the order at 8:45 Pm why would it not be ready before nine. Why would Sarah and Nash decided to ignore the order and just wait for the customer to get there and refuse to make the order. Very unprofessional. Would recommend going just 5 mins down the road to the Subway off colorado Blvd.

Very disappointed in the ownership of this place. It's been nearly a week this place has been operating without air conditioning! The temperature was 97 inside that place. To see them employees working inside that unbearable heat made me sick to my stomach! The owner should spend 200.00 on a portable swamp cooler or better yet, close the store down until the ac is fixed!!! I will be contacting corporate to let them know how cheap this franchise owner is and how he is putting employees and customers at risk! I nearly almost fainted from the heat!!!

one of the best subways around. the young lady who is the "team lead" most days during lunch time is what sets this location apart from the rest. she's always working hard, helping her team out, and making sure the customers get what they want fast/correct. pretty sure she has a bright future in process engineering in front of her. until then subway should try to keep her around.
