Subway

From out of town and decided to try this subway, well we are very satisfied! We were cutting up laughing having a good time with the staff! Samantha and Xavier are amazing don't even know us but acted as if they known us for years! My 13 yearold and I recommend this restaurant because they are great at customer service!

I hope the NEW OWNERS of this Subway reads this . So , you as a NEW OWNER (your employee would only give me your first name DAVID) I would like to know WHY YOU would do away with Military Discounts at YOUR all American Subway store ? 10% off , for a man or a woman that served in the United States Armed Forces is that too much for your pocket? You obviously never served your country? Those of us that have served talk at meetings and at get togethers at the VFW , AMVETS , MOOSE , DAV… etc. you get where I’m going with this ? We appreciate those that appreciate us !!! We give our business to those who care!! You lost my business and I hope a lot more .

The price of subs was incorrect on receipt verses what was on the board. Only one person was working and she had three families to wait on so I didn’t bother trying to get it fixed. The table we sat at was not tightened down so the whole table top moved. The restrooms were very unclean, toilet paper dispenser fell apart and paper towel dispenser was broke. When you walk in, it appeared the store had recently been remodeled but very unclean over all. The floor was sticky in places like it had not been mopped. The topping bar temp was too cold which was obvious by the frost on the vegetable containers. Very very disappointed and will not return. For a family of four we can eat at Firehouse a few hundred feet away and get a much better sub, in a cleaner environment, with better service all around.

I usually rarely ever come to this subway but I did today & probably never will again. The girl who took my order could not cut the bread & as she was cutting it she smashed the whole thing, she didn’t just do this once but twice because after the first time I asked for a new piece. I walked out in the middle of my sandwich being made.

Usually I love subway. I like that I can order online. But today the thing I ordered wasn't carried here with no notice of that while ordering. Okay I can accept that. But they were swamped which added to the wait time. Okay I've worked customer service. No problem. But for 1 of the 2 to show up randomly late, no mask, and then mock whoever ordered it (I'd been standing there 20 minutes at that point without being addressed by anyone) for not knowing, unacceptable. I wont be going back

They always have great sandwiches but for today before 6pm, I tried to get some subs from there and the main door was locked and some lights out. I didn't know if they closed early or what, but what a bummer☹️. Wish there was a note why they were not open at that hour. I'll try any day. Overall. Great food. !!
