Taco Bell

Unfortunately I cannot recommend this Taco Bell if you want fast service. The food was OK. I asked if there was sauce in the bag 3 times, she said yes I looked in the bag after driving away, and there was no sauce. My fault. I should have looked in my bag, and held up the already slow line. I had to drive all the way back. 😐

Drive thru was SO rude. Wow. Never have I ever had an employee in the drive thru speak to me in the tone of voice this one did. I was in no way rude myself. I’ve worked fast food myself and I get things get crazy, but there were only 2 cars in front of me and there was an attitude from the moment i pulled up. First things first I pull up, they greet me and I say hello and take a second. And employee comes on “HELLO??” ok then, I start ordering get about halfway through my sentence when they cut me off “NOOO” excuse me? That’s not how you talk to a customer even when you’re not ready. Sorry I misunderstood, thought “HELLO” might’ve meant you were ready for me. However I was finally able to get my order after another “HELLO?” From an employee. Great. It’s in. Moments later “HELLO? HELLO?” Its not like i came close to closing time either, it was 9pm, hours say until 2. I just pulled out of line. It wasn’t busy, so maybe pay better attention to your customers and stop messing around.

Come in at 12:40. They take 2 orders ahead. Give me the pre recorded message telling me they're closed online it says 2:30. I would gladly not show if their hours were posted correctly. But even then. 12:40 seems like an odd time to shut down. 🤔 regardless, they sat and stared at me when I pulled away like I somehow caused a problem by pulling out of the line to find somewhere else to go. I'd just gotten off work and didn't wanna cook 1 am. Drove from the hazel park taco bell who also is poorly ran.
