La Donna and Zack are amazing and so sweet! The entire staff is wonderful. I always look forward to getting coffee in the morning. Sometimes I will even come to the mall on my days off to see them and just say hi. Everyone at Lighthouse is awesome! :) The drinks and snacks are always delicious. This is my favorite place for great coffee. I go there so often

I worked here during high school and loved it. We all loved making the coffee. I stopped by for old time sake and the barista on bar was chewing food and steamed my milk inside the foam serving cups. It was a really upsetting experience altogether and sadly I won’t be back.

Have stopped here a couple of times while I have been at the mall and usually don't have much to say either way as it is an average experience, however today was different. The gal in front of me was talking after she ordered and I am not sure what she said, however the Barista that was working made the comment in a condescending tone that she doesn't have to buy her coffee from there if she didn't want to. Like I said I am not sure what the customer said, however I can't imagine an employee of mine making that kind of comment. Maybe she was having a bad day or something, but customers are like teeth - ignore them and they will go away. Customer service 101 is that you listen to your customers and the customer is always right. I will probably avoid this business based on what I saw today.

Their service is always extremely slow, even when there is no line. The drinks are always either way too sweet or just really bland--no in between.
Last time I went, the "barista" talked to a delivery man (cups or something) for 5 minutes before even acknowledging I was waiting. Then she acted pained/inconvenienced when I asked if I could have a cup of water in addition to my coffee. It took 15 minutes all told to get/pay for my drink, and there had only been one person before me (who just got black coffee).
I have had similar experiences every time I've gone, despite it usually being a different person working. It's much better to just go to Moxie Java near the fountain area of the mall.

The drinks are ok. I'd had my drink card stored with the others in the kiosk. Lo and behold the last time I went back my card wasn't there? I had at least 8 drinks on it! I appreciate the cause the owner stands for. I didn't even get offered to start a new card. Or a sorry.

I Always go to lighthouse. They are some of the friendliest people and always have a smile on their faces. LeDonna and Zack are always in a good mood and happy to help. Doesn't hurt that the coffee is top notch too.

LeDonna makes The Best drinks and is my favorite barista in Fargo. She is kind, helpful, and great at her job. She is the reason I go to Lighthouse Coffee.
