My food was dry but edible and customer service was unpleasant. I must’ve come on a bad day.

Located in the Everett Mall. Great food and friendly service. I love their bowl of Kung Pao Chicken with Chowmein, because it’s spicy. Very consistent quality, great taste, and well-priced. If you are looking for something spicy in the mall, this probably is your only option. The outlet has other great options/items as well, if you prefer non-spicy food. The food here is always fresh, and I often see many people lined up here. The line moves fast, and it’s always a great experience to sit in the food-court area and have their delicious food. Highly recommended. 👍

whenever i get broccoli beef its literally just uncooked broccoli i once found a hair in it and just plain fully awful.

I went there for some teriyaki chicken and they told me that wasn’t making any even though they close 1hr 30mins from the time that I went there horrible service.

It was ok. Didn't taste fresh. I know it's in a mall and all, but, the orange chicken just didn't taste like it normally does and had a weird after taste, and I usually loooooove pandas orange chicken. Couldn't even finishy meal. What a shame.
