Jack In The Box

One star cuz I love jack in the box but this one’s been “temporarily closed” for a while. Even said it was closed on google. Then the hours got updated on google a few days ago to being open again. I thought “yay! Now I can go there again”. And I drove over yesterday and it’s STILL CLOSED. All the lights were off, sign was off. Don’t waste your time driving over :(

It's been a year since the below review and I'm officially writing off this location entirely. I've yet to have a good experience here and the only reason we have come back is because our 4-year od daughter loves curly fries. Sadly the fries are never fresh and this last time after double checking our order was for curly fries with the combos, not one combo nor the kids meal did and the fries we did get were easily an hour old. ___________ I've never seen a slower drive through in my life... even at restaurants that don't classify as fast food... I made this post 6 minutes ago, after waiting over 20 minutes and STILL have 1 car ahead of me. Meanwhile my wife's food is going to be ice-cold by the time I get it to her.... And after waiting about 30 minutes, trapped in the drive through, they forgot the bacon on my bacon ultimate cheeseburger...

Very disappointed in the cleanliness of this place. I usually never dine in and this is why... 3/01/2020 Thank you for the prompt response. I tried copying and pasting the link on my internet browser and it showed that the link was invalid. I would absolutely love to fill a formal complaint and have this issue taken care of as cleanliness is super important.

6th Street In Eugene Location Late night Drive through is convenient. Avoid the long lines of cars by not going from 1 to 2:30 that's rush hour for them. You do a great job getting your order fast hot and fresh. I come here because I'm a vegetarian and their veggies seem to be fresh over other fast food. I've always enjoyed the food from Jack in The Box and have rarely found a Jack in The Box that does not serve quality food you have a wide variety of things that you can order off the menu and more times than not you're greeted with a very friendly host who serves you your food even through the drive up you will be greeted by someone who is friendly and professional and your food will be gotten to you very quickly. Not only quickly but it'll be put together and quality style and taste wonderful like I said I've never hardly ever found a Jack in The Box anywhere that doesn't serve quality food.
