I visit this Caffè Nero every week with my friends and it never disappoints. The atmosphere is cosy and relaxed, the staff are always friendly, and the food and drinks are great. It truly feels like that perfect local café you instantly feel at home in.
Hello, I ordered a coffee, specifically an extra shot. The employee poured old coffee into my glass and served it to me. I asked why they were doing that, and they said it was leftover from the previous customer. Date: 26:12:2025 Time: 14:10
Great café with good coffee, friendly personnel and relaxing atmosphere. If they improved their toilet facilities, I would give them five stars.
Never been in this Caffè Nero in Esher before. Very nice place good coffee and as always an excellent almond croissant.

This cafe Nero is a nice place to have a coffee or do some work. But, the staff changed and is not friendly or personal at all anymore. The outside had a fresh coat of paint but it seems a struggle to keep it clean! Doesn’t take much to clean it once every two weeks? It looks very dirty at the moment!
Nice relaxed atmosphere. A perfect place for a coffee and a dessert after a walk in Esher. Plant powered breakfast sounds good. I love the pictures from the 60s. The furniture has seen better days.
