Target

Accessibility: they have accessible parking as well as curbside pick-up. There is a ramp to get up to the store and sidewalk and the doors at the entrance are motion-activated. It is air conditioned inside and very brightly lit. Experience: target has a lot of things you might need for your home or outfits but I think it's a little overpriced.

I visited store 0274 and i was helped by two young men Ian and Isreal they were extremely nice and helpful and i really appreciated how quick and friendly they were I would like to say that i was extremely disappointed in target itself this particular store does not have any area in front of the store that provides shade for the employee so because the store requires an employee to be outside at all times to do the car pickup this poor young man was standing in the heat the whole time This store is located in California it is 82 outside at 4pm and not only did he not have shade he is not allowed to have his water outside Out of concern i asked him why there was no shade provided for him he did let me know that at one point there was a tent provided but because it kept breaking they decided to not have it out. It is April in California it's only going to continue to get hotter i feel that it is unacceptable for a store to treat there employees like this shade and water should be provided for employees required to stay outside Even with the heat where he was clearly sweating Ian provided exceptional customer service and smiled the whole time Please treat your employees better and provided them shade and water

Me and my mom came here today to look at clothes. First off all the clothes were all in piles on the floor and on shelves. None of them were folded or organized so you literally had to dig through them. My mom found a shirt we both really liked but it wasn’t in our size. There were 2 girl workers walking around laughing in the clothing section so we stop them and ask if they have any more in stock and one of them immediately goes “nope that was for st Patrick’s day sorry” and they both walk off without even giving us a chance to respond. The shirt wasn’t even st Patrick’s day themed so that was just a lazy lie. I told my mom let’s ask them again just to scan it and see if there’s any in the back or at another location. They were both just laughing and talking and standing around so clearly not busy. We went up to them and asked one of the girls if they can scan it. They both didn’t say anything and looked at us like we were asking something crazy and one of them goes “um… sure? Can I have the shirt?” My mom hands it to her and she scans it and says “yeah there’s only 1 here see?” (Her name is Annette) in a nasty tone and the other girl was just staring at us. My mom says “oh okay” and they brushed past us and started to talk badly about us behind our backs thinking we couldn’t hear! So so rude. Prancing around laughing with her coworker being rude and acting like we were asking for too much. Umm is it not your job to help customers? She was so rude and we will be calling to file a complaint

I ran to target with my baby and bf to get some diapers, wipes, and extra stuff. Everything went well until we went to self check out. It was around 9-9:30pm and we were the only ones there. This male employee had eyes on us like a hawk. He made me very uncomfortable by how he was hovering around us. Did he think we were stealing? This is the first time I get to even leave my house and this experience left me with a bad taste. He did not even try to make it not obvious. We are working people both in customer service, do better target no one should be made to be uncomfortable.

I don't really shop inside because I always buy more stuff than what I need so my review is based on their Drive Up service. They usually have what I need every time and the order is fulfilled before the 2 hour mark. Once I get there the associate is out in less than 3 minutes which is awesome. Love this store.

This place is so unbelievably messy and trashed that it's ridiculous. I worked at another target and I always avoid coming into this target specifically unless i absolutely have to. You straight up have to dig through piles of clothes in order to find something you want and all clothing is just everywhere to the point where you almost can't tell what clothing section it is. Baby clothes are in mens and mens are in kids etc. I wanted to come in today and find a pair of workout shorts and there was just a pile of clothing and I will not dig through it to find some shorts. It's so messy in this target it's crazy and makes me not want to shop here besides getting food.
