Me & my friend went to captain Toms fish restaurant today for lunch. It was the first time I've been. On first impression it looks very smart & Modern. With loads of seating. We sat down to out table we were show a menu & offered drinks straight away. Then when the young man came back to take our order he was very helpful & polite. He took our order & filled our glasses . When our order of Cod & chips came it looked lovely. I can honestly say I've never had such a lovely plate of cod & chips before. After we had finished he came back to take our desert order. I had baileys chocolate mousse & my friend had strawberry cheese cake. Once we finished, they let us sit & chat . They never rushed us . We asked for the bill, And we were surprised to how reasonable it was. Definitely will be going back again. & would highly recommend everyone to go & try it for yourself..

The food and service were both fantastic. We enjoyed amazing cocktails and the freshest fish dishes. The staff were friendly and helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a good experience.
I would definitely recommend eating here.

I had a great meal last Saturday evening and the food was lovely. I was served by a young girl called Bella who i would i must say gave brilliant customer service and was a pleasure to be served by, she recommends a cocktail to us on the menu, and it was delicious, she was helpful in every aspect and one of the best waitresses that i have ever come across. Massive thankyou to Bella for making my first visit to captain toms brilliant.

Wonderful meal.
Came in for a family dinner, the manager was very accommodating and polite. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The food was very delicious and there was a wide range of foods and cocktails available. Absolutely recommend and will definitely be going back.

I went to Captain Tom in Epping today for lunch and ordered the cod. I absolutely LOVED it, the environment was cozy and the staff were very friendly. The manager helped me select my food choice and was very kind and cheerful. I had an absolute blast. Will definitely come here again!

Best fish and chips I have tasted.
Sublime batter, perfectly cooked. Very nice ambience if you want to sit down too. You will not smell of a frier.
Calamari and salt and pepper squid were excellent. So were cod and haddock.

This is a special place. We ate in and had a fabulous meal. Staff very friendly and service excellent. Food was great - delicious, well presented. and very good value. Sleek decor - very inviting and comfortable. We will definitely return - and soon!

Came here for dinner last night, had the squid and traditional fish and chips. I was completely blown away. The fish and chips were the best I've ever had! Worth every penny. I'll be back for sure!

Welcomed with friendly smiles when entering, I had seen you open last week and wanted to try you out. Service was quick, food was lovely - Portion of chips, a saveloy and battered sausage. Great chip shop

Amazing atmosphere, with great food. Takeaway section to grab and go and a lovely menu for sitting in to eat with peace.
